Visiting the Airport

In order to achieve full and effective cooperation, we wish to inform you closer on the terms of the visit – the tour of the airport “Constantine the Great” (Serbian: “Konstantin Veliki”) in Niš. Since the airport represents, in physical sense, the frontier district there are certain limitations considering the stay and movement of the visitors at the airport.
It is required that all visits of media representatives, high school and primary students, university students and others be properly announced (at least five days ahead) by fax, stating on the firm’s memorandum the following data:

• The name of the firm
• The reason for the visit, time of the visit (day and hour)
• The name and surname of all the visitors as well as the ID numbers
• Contact phone

If the visit is restricted to the frontier district, apart from the permit of the public enterprise Aerodrom Niš, the approval of the Border Police Station is required. In that case, it is necessary to fill in the appropriate request for getting the permit to stay in the frontier district. Submit to fax # +381 18 4583 003 a clearly written, signed and verified request, a photocopy of the agreement of service, a photocopy of the ID card and a photocopy of the postal payment of the document (the price is 520,00 dinars + 2,00 dinars per permit).
