Reservation and ticket purchasing

We advise you to make reservations on time for the desired flights at a travel agency or at a branch office of an airport company. The airport company has the right to keep the share of the money if you do not cancel your reservation in a certain period of time.

At the time of making reservations, it is important to read the terms and conditions as well as to stress the category of the passenger, for example: child without parent supervision, a person with special needs, a person travelling with a pet, etc, in order for the company to provide appropriate services at the airport as well as during the flight.

  • Children aged from 5 to 12 travelling without parent supervision fall under the category „Unaccompanied Minor“or UM.
  • Children under 5 years of age can travel in the company of a brother or a sister who has 12 or more years or with any other person who is above 16.
  • A parent or responsible adult must do the following when a child, traveling as Unaccompanied Minor, is brought to the airport:
  • sign a certain document which regulates the terms for transporting UM;
  • provide all necessary travel documents for the child – passport, visa, a plane ticket;
  • remain with unaccompanied minor until the child is boarded on the flight and the flight has departed the gate in case of possible delay or flight cancellation;
  • complete an Unaccompanied Minor form at the ticket counter. This includes providing the name, address and phone number of designating the parent or responsible adult who will meet the child at his or her destination.
  • take care that child’s luggage contains no goods for checking in, as well as no objects which do not match the child’s needs.
